Pipeline and publicity
Your 2031 workforce
is 15 right now.
The next generation decides what to become long before they read a job advert. The Academy puts your organisation in the room at that moment, with the regulator's backing and the data to prove it.
What partners do
Be the chapter they remember
- Meet students at the age it matters. Thirteen to twenty-five, across two cities, as career direction is formed.
- Deliver your chapter. Your specialists, your operation, your simulation. Students do not forget who showed them.
- See the data. Attendance, survey responses and progress after every session, in your own partner dashboard.
- Gain a named talent pipeline. Every year, a cohort who know your organisation and can be tracked through to application.
Two ways in
Gold and Platinum
Both tiers fund student places and put your people inside the programme. Figures on enquiry.

The standard
Backed by the regulator
The curriculum is co-created with and authorised by the GCAA. The model was proven through a UK aviation programme and is now a UAE initiative, with monthly reporting to the regulator.
