What a session feels like
Who can attend
- Anyone aged 13 to 25 with an interest in aviation, in three age bands: 13 to 15, 16 to 18 and 19 to 25.
- Sponsor-funded places for UAE national students, backed by the Academy's industry and government partners.
- Other UAE residents are welcome; the team confirms the details at the enrolment stage.
- Venues are wheelchair accessible. Students who need personal support attend with their own parent, guardian or support person, as the Academy cannot provide one-to-one physical or mental support.
The honest conversation
Is it legitimate, is it safe, is it worth it. The curriculum is co-created with and authorised by the GCAA. Every session runs on managed sites with full supervision. Three online parent sessions let your family judge the industry on real information.
Asked every time
Anyone aged 13 to 25 with an interest in aviation, in school, at university or working. Students are grouped into three age bands, 13 to 15, 16 to 18 and 19 to 25, and every chapter is delivered in a version built for your band. Under-18s are registered by a parent or legal guardian.
The curriculum is co-created with and authorised by the GCAA. Students graduate with a certificate of completion and an Aviation Passport stamped across ten chapters. It is a structured pathway into the industry, built around insight, real roles, entry requirements and career pathways. It is not a licence, qualification or degree, and we will never claim otherwise.
Whichever is yours. The Dubai and Abu Dhabi cohorts meet on consecutive Saturdays each month, Dubai first, and both follow the same ten chapters to the same standard. You choose your programme location when you register, and the full date list is on that page.
No. That is the point of the ten chapters: you see the whole industry before you choose a corner of it. Plenty of students will arrive wanting to be pilots and leave wanting to run an airport.
Parents do not attend the student sessions. Three online parent sessions across the year cover the industry, the pathways and how to build a plan together, with the first one after the first student session. Parents also join graduation.
Not to register. Registration collects basic details only. Emirates ID or other identification is requested later, at a separate check-in step, before a place is finally confirmed.
Yes. Sessions are photographed and filmed for education and communication, so photography and video consent is part of registration. If that raises a concern for your family, contact the team after registering and we will talk it through.
